Does anyone have any plans or instructions on how to manufacture a body tilter so that i can carry out welding and renovations on my ex californian Pagoda( Bondo special).

you might find some searaching the internet.

eastwood.com and other companies sell them.  They look simple enough.
maybe by viewing enough online you will gather enough information to build one?

I am not sure whether you'll save much building it yourself. These things need to be very sturdy to prevent twisting the chassis.  To use the tilter the axles must be on the car.
When "Tom230SL" restored his car he built a frame that holds the chassis and that he could attach to the tilter as shown in his picture "b.jpg" in this topic:

Hi,

I have a body tilter or "kippwagenheber" from Liqui, as shown in the picture. Used it to restore the under body of my 280 SL.
If you manufacture brackets/supports(some are I believe already available from the manufacturer) for attaching using the jack holes, you can even use it without axles on the car. Highly recommendable tool.
