Title: Speed Bleeder
Post by: Hawaii on February 17, 2010, 23:35:09
Has anyone ever had any experience with a product called SpeedBleeder?  These are replacement bleed nipples that have their own internal check valves.   The product can be found at http://speedbleeder.zoovy.com/.    At $7.00 per nipple, this is cheaper than any OEM replacement and it seems vastly upgraded from the standard bleeder.

A pressure bleeder would be more fun. When I was a tech I adapted a small air pressure regulator to work on top of a master cylinder. Hook up an air hose and bleed away.

The Motive Pressurized Bleeders are popular as well.

This is what I have: http://www.amazon.com/Motive-Gear-0101-Universal-Bleeder/dp/B000TYJEWW (http://www.amazon.com/Motive-Gear-0101-Universal-Bleeder/dp/B000TYJEWW)

Here's an article about a home-made pressure bleeder.  Much less expensive than the Amazon model.

Rick or any one,
can you please tell me if the item you post, "Motive bleeder", will fit 68 280SL? do I need to buy special cap fiting?
