The small diameter knobs for Becker and Blaupunkt radios that were NLA for some time are now available again:

This company also sells the small pinstripe faceplate with chrome bezel but is not cheap.

Source in North America is Becker AutoSound which has many parts for vintage models as well as repair and modification services. The two owners ran Becker's USA office in New Jersey and were asked by Becker Europe to take over when Becker closed its USA office.

To be precise, Ed Ebel ran the repair facility of Becker, not their US office. They closed that as part of their merger into the larger conglomerate Harman Becker Automotive Systems, (Harman International) and as you can tell just from the name, repair of old radios didn't fit the business plan any longer...the new operation is now inclusive of such stalwart brands as Becker, Harman-Kardon, Infinity, JBL, Mark Levinson, dbx, and a few others.
They still have, of course, presence in the USA, larger than ever...just not repairing old radios. US headquarters in Stamford, big automotive operations here in Michigan.
Probably a very good thing they encouraged Ed to set up the repair; many other places would have simply shut it all down, squashed any notion of continuation, and we'd be all the worse for it.

When I called a few months ago Becker Autosound did not have any new knobs only used ones. Called today and they do now have them in stock again ... but at $90/pair! :o
