Title: Speaking of New York

I need a big favor from someone who is lucky enough to live there... As a recent tourist all the way from CA, I did pretty good on souvenirs for family and friends. However, there is one item I need another of. Its a hat -- a specific one. Wife tried it on and said "I'd like one for my Birthday" (July 12)...   I can tell you exactly where it can be purchased (gift shop in lobby at Sheraton New York on 7th Avenue) -- I just need someone to get it, put in a small box and send USPS. Lightweight. Anybody willing? I can pay upfront if needed.

Why can't you just call the shop and have them send it?

Well, John I just figured I'd reach out to family (albethey my extended Pagoda family) for help before I ask some stranger. That is plan B, of course. Thanks Richard.
