Title: fuel injection pump calibration

any body can help me for the exact fuel calibration of 250sl injection pump R18. how much is the quantity of fuel in ml at different RPM. what is the permissible difference in fuel from each plunger of pump.

Hello Nadeem,

The exact calibration data is not freely available and was never made available to members of the public outside of Bosch repair shops.
However, from time to time literature from Bosch pops up on fleabay.

Unless you have access to and experience to use the specialized equipment necessary to properly calibrate the mechanical fuel injection pump, I would not recommend trying it yourself.

If you do not have access to the necessary equipment, then you can consider sending the fuel injection pump to Koller in Germany.
