The chrome trim and felts are both attached to to door with the same metal clips. The clips have barbs like fish hooks which keep the clips on the door and keep the strips in place. Looking carefully at the inside of the felts, on the glass side, you sill see the locations of five or six metal clips on each strip.

I use a plastic clip tool, it is thin and sturdy to gently work the chrome  straight upward and off the clips. The barbs are somewhat hard to overcome and you must be careful not to bend the soft aluminum trim. A metal paint scraper can work also if your careful.  After the aluminum strip is removed the clips are exposed and they can be forced upward and off. The felts will come off with the clips. You may want to mark the position of the clips before you remove them so you re-install them in the exact same places.

On the inside of the glass, the door panel may need to be removed so the felts can be changed.

Some people use another method and  small screwdriver and pry it between each clip and the felt strips one at a time to release the felts without removing anything else. I find this method more difficult and there is more chance of damaging the clips or the glass.

For installation, I install all the clips by themselves on the door first. New felts may need to be cut to fit and gently tapped back into the clips ( use a rubber or leather mallet). Same with the aluminum trim, be gentle !
