Gus,
the Pagodentreff.de group never had a badge , as far as I know.
I may be wrong about club identification but this is what I have in mind.

Gus,
I hope you don't mind that I have moved my answer from here (http://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=15373) to a new topic since it has not much to do with the firewall pad.
When I noticed this ad a few months ago I asked in the Pagodentreff.de forum why the official German Pagoda Club (http://slpagode.mercedes-benz-clubs.com/) decided to issue a grill badge given the fact that the car doesn't have a grill.
A member there answered that the badge was originally designed to be placed on a shelf and had a foot/post. Later some members wanted to mount it on a real grill of a limousine perhaps or display on the wall, etc and the badge that is offered on eBay was created. It sold for Euro 35 plus shipping and supposedly is still available from the Club.
Unfortunately, the Club closed its on-line shop (http://slpagode.mercedes-benz-clubs.com/Shop/324/de/001?PHPSESSID=e5adbe80102ac9ab0639932a567ba72a)
and any requests should be sent to: clubshop@sl-club-pagode.de
Perhaps Achim can chime in here and tell us whether the badge is still available for sale and also to non-club members.

Dear Gus and Alfred,
Yes, Alfred is fully correct here.
This club badge is from the SL Club Pagode e.V. but not the Pagodentreff.de form; these are two independet "institutions". ;)
The badge is (AFAIK from my memories currently) still available but I will check with the Club magazine tonight whether it is still aroud or has already sold out. I assume the first choice. :)
Alfred is also right that this kind of club badge is primarily designed to mount on the grill frame of any Sedans (e.g. your W108 or so).
I have to check back with the contact person of the club shop, Joachim Kazmierzak, but I assume these items there are only for club members and not for "outside collectors".
But theoretically I could order one (as a Club member) for you.
Best regards,
Achim
(without any club badge)

USD $250 for a grill badge? (That's the price on the ebay link Gus provides)
I hope this seller, or the German Pagode Club, never complains about Mercedes-Benz parts prices...
-
The Germans won't complain at the price. They are too busy buying Greece ;)

Exactly. That's why I hoped there was some reciprocal arrangement. Pads for Badges. As for mounting it, if it can be affixed to a "grill", it can be affixed to our non-grill on each side of the star and barrel.

The last two weeks we already got their weather. The rest takes a little longer...

I proudly have my sl113 sticker in the lower right hand corner of the windscreen- better thana grill badge

Almost...
The ... well "ebay" sellers have to place a (ridiculous) price like that for this "German" item because the Germans (or some of the other European countries) are so busy buying Greece and need money for that.
Well, no kidding here...
... the badge is still available from the SL CLub; its price is 35 € for non-members (if I understood that correctly).
;)
Cheers,
Achim
(no grill badges including horseshoes at all on his cars)

Does anyone have a picture (or other details) showing how one of these badges might be mounted on a Pagoda?
-
The MBCA badge is pretty similar.

Shouldn't we have one in our shop?
