Hello Professionals ;D
The cylinderhead is about 84.6mm, so it's decked a few times i guess.
Now i was wondering, is it necessary to shorten the head bolts a bit?
Or is there enough space and so safe to use the "old ones"?
Thanks.

I've never had a problem with minimum spec heads although I usually have shims under the cam bearings which will also raise the head bolt.
There are two different head bolt lenghts, early and late, and you shouldn't ever get them mixed up.

Thanks for your answer. Do you know the lenght from those bolts?

I can't tell you the exact lenght without checking but the later head screws are about 5mm longer. I'm sure it's all in the BBB where it details the newer version engine.
