Title: Video of the European Event 2012 added to the front page of the site

I've added a video of the European Event 2012 (with VROOOM sounds, albeit not from Pagoda's) to the Front page of the website (http://www.sl113.org). Regrettably the conversion to a web-site format video messes up the 16:9 aspect ratio, so all our cars look squashed. I'll try to fix that!

It now needs quite a bit of bandwidth... please let me know if it works for you!
