Title: Wiring Connector Location

I have problem with my driver side tail light.  It has less than one volt at the tail light connector; the passenger side tail light works fine. 

Does anyone know the location of connector #46 on the wiring diagram?  I have traced the wires into the soft top well (which I have not looked in because I have the hard top on and I haven't looked under the dash because of the under dash cover.  The voltage is normal at the fuse.

There is a connector block just above the kick panel by the hood(bonnet) release lever.
This applies to my RHD car so assume that it will be similar on a LHD car but opposite side.
This takes feed to the rear lights etc.
