Just heard from an old chap that our cars work better if you mix oil with the fuel. This might help the IP for better start.
Anyone?

hmmm, never heard of a 2 stroke Pagoda - sure he isn`t mixing it up with a lawn mower?

Several people have said to add a lubricant to the fuel for benefit to the IP and electric fuel pump. However it is in very small quantities like an ounce per tank of 20 gallons of gas and I believe they recommended using transmission fluid.

I have always put some 2 stroke oil in the tank before the car is put away for the winter.
I believe that the oil will keep the tank and fuel lines from rusting.
True or falls I don't know.

People have been adding Marvel Mystery Oil to gasoline for as long as I can remember. I have no actual evidence that it is beneficial, but since the practice has been going on for so long and is a remedy and cure-all sworn to by generations automobile enthusiasts, we must conclude that it does no harm.
