My intension is to take part in a four days classic car rally event from Scheveningen (Holland) to Luxemburg vice versa
Which specific Pagoda parts would you recommend to take with me ?

You could start with a search on the site. There's a good post that includes some Joe A inputs relating to a roadtrip to Blacklick (I think) about 3-4 years ago. That would provide a host of info.
I guess a lot of what you might take depends on the state of your car.

Not much. Basil, I've rallied my car, still rally (Tulpenrally, Wintertrial), and look through some of my posts. I take nothing but a spare V-belt, a couple of spark-plugs and that's about it (I have a 1-2-3 Ignition so do not bother with points and all that). All spare parts add weight, and will stress your car further. Make sure all your fluids are good (oil, coolant, ATF, and especially brake fluid < 2 years old).
I presume you'e got all suspension parts sorted, a flex disk that's ok, and brake-lines that are not more than 5 years old. Also, new fuel lines to the fuel pump can start leaking. Do not fuel up on any Ethanol >10% fuel... buy Super if you can (just to avoid the Ethanol).
Do NOT make any last minute modifications to your car, keep it as stock as possible. Last minute mods are impossible to test properly without a good shakedown in rally conditions (i.e. with luggage, driving 600 km's a day through mountains and stuff). In my experience last minute changes are the ones that make you fail.

I've just seen you've just changes all your rubbers and flex disk (in another post). Do give it a good, 500km shakedown... but you should be pretty much set!

I used to rally a bit way back when my wife found it fun and found that generally you don't have time to fix things properly during the rally and expect that if you can fix an item it will on the side of the road in the rain in the dark and if you can't your car will get towed t the next checkpoint. My longest rally was two days so a four day rally is way beyond my paygrade.
Once the day was over we usually helped participants with more serious ailments than my car so I never permanently fixed items even if I had the time until the rally was over. Most of the problems were related to rocks hitting things, vibrations breaking things off and just pushing the car a bit too much. My list from memory of what I carry in my car for a rally is as follows (this is from memory so I must be missing something):
Umbrella, swiss army knife, rags, toilet paper, duct tape, selfamalgamating tape (plumbing fixing stuff), red vapour barrier tape, bailing wire, metal coat hanger, zap straps (couple really big ones and some smaller ones), mini butane torch, solder, enough wire to get from fuel pump to battery and back, first aid kit, multi purpose tool, needle nose pliers, vice grips, multi driver, continuity tester, voltage tester, air in a can, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributer cap, fan belt, emergency blanket, silicone, 5 minute epoxy, super glue and baking soda (for gas tank holes) couple small pieces of wooden dowling, few sheet metal screws, nail to puch a hole for the screw if you need, spare lug nuts, tooth picks, tounge depressors, piece of tin foil, matches, shrink wrap, couple baggies, large garbage bag, disposable coveralls, disposable gloves, pencil, paper, flashlight, road flare, a handful of nylon nuts, couple 1/4" bolts and nuts and a tire plug kit. Items like oil and coolant and wd40 are always in my trunk of my car and don't take much room. A full roll of toilet paper takes up lots of room so use 1/2 of a roll and fill center with wire or something.
Most of this fits under the parcel shelf. Put an empty duffle bag in the parcel shelf, spread it out to fill the cavity and then fill up the bag to the max height. That way you can grab the bag all in one piece to help a broken down car.

I always take some of your suggested items with me when I go out rallying but I meant specific Pagoda parts like a fuel pump etc.

I would suggest an extra spare, I use one when my brother and I rally in our subie! Couldn't hurt to have a spare set of nos clamp rings and a spare set of nuts and bolts
I don't know if you have spare fuses, but I would toss some in! And maybe a few quarts of oil and a filter? I don't know how vulnerable your car will be to the elements in this, but I almost always have a change and a filter in mine! Even if I don't need it, someone on the road may!
