Title: Softop ski rack??

Hey y'all! I'm out in Colorado with the family for the week, and on our way here, I was reading a book about the history of the mercedes SLseries! One of the listed attachments was a ski rack for te softtop, anyone have one?

I think several folks have or had the ski rack. This is a very rare option and sell in the multiple thousands. Every now and again they show up on ebay. Try the search function limiting to topic line only and you should be able to find some further information.

Yes, for the hardtop.
Never seen one for the soft top. Don't see how it could work?

Oh yes, there was one. Made by ORIS and a factory option (SA). Now we are discussing super-rare...

Hi Louie,

I live in Parker, Colorado.  I will be going to Breckenridge, Colorado for a day or two of snowboarding starting tomorrow.  Then back again to the Colorado mountains over the weekend.  It would be great to meet up with you.  My nephew is also up in Breckenridge for a week and he had a 1967 250SL .  Or you can come to my house and see my W113.
