Title: 69 280SE Convertible Vin Door Tag info needed

My 1969 280SE tall grill Convertible had some body work done and the rear quarter panel was replaced. They never reattached the Vin ID tag to the drivers side door jamb.
I have the tag under the hood. I have someone who will make me a correct tag but I need some information from another owner. PLEASE PLEASE!!!

The tag lists the following and I want to be sure I have correct info. If you can send me what your tag reads I would greatly appreciate it.
Max. Total weight_____lbs.    max. front axle load _____lbs
vehicle capacity  ______lbs    max. rear axle load ______lbs.

Also how the model is listed would be helpful__________

Sent you a private email.
Have a picture of a 69 280SE coupe, which could be similar.
Also have a 250SE coupe too.
From my collection of about 30 vin tags.

I found a photo of the tag I needed from a for sale ad on line.
I am posting it in case any one else may need the info.

There is a member here in Australia that does the reproductions of all these plates. His tag is DaveB but havent seen him post for some time.
