Not sure if this has been seen here before but one to give some nightmares.

I believe this is a photoshop. Basically the driver would be sitting in/on the engine.

However, Paul Bracq designed two versions on a 600 pick-up and Karl Middelhauve (the 600 guru) made them, called Benzomino and El Benzo, in reference to the El Camino I guess:
