Today I sent a welcome email to the 200th full member of the Group!
Pagoda World no. 4 is about to come out and will include ballots for the board elections held for the first time this year.
We will start a Spanish language forum shortly, alongside the English language one. If succesful, we will probably add a French and German language forum later.
The manual drafting effort will get underway in a bit. I received offers for help from more than 25 volunteers (thank you!) and the WIKI format webpages have been started.
In about two weeks, we will start pulling the Pagoda 40th anniversary poster together - almost all photos are in now and they look great!
We are starting to think about the events for next year: most of you will have already seen that Joe and Mary Alexander are once again hosting a tech session in Blacklick, Ohio next summer. Any suggestions for other events, please put them on the Events forum.

I just extended the membership expiration terms for our full (=paying) members, to allow for the fact that Pagoda World was not published each quarter during our first year of existence.
This means that most full members got an extra 1 to 9 months on their first year membership dues. For example, if you joined in May of 2003, your term was extended from May 2004 to October 2004 (unless you already submited your renewal payment for your second membership year, in which case the expiration term was extended to October 2005). From now on, we will stick to the publication schedule of one every quarter, which means the next one (#5) will be released in January.
For those full members who have not yet taken the time to submit their votes for the board, please do so in the next week or two.
Thanx!

Perhaps I missed a post or an email got drowned in the lake of emails I receive but I don't know on which account to pay the dues. Is it possible to issue a clear post on this subject? Sorry if this question is superfuent.
