Title: New Member + Intro - '68 250SL

Hello Guys! Just wanted to share a few pics of my Pagoda. 1968 250SL - two owner car - been in the family for over 40 years. Car is all original, never restored or modified. California black plate car now in storage on the east coast. By chance, does anyone know of production #s on the 68 250SL's by chance I don't seem to come across them too often.

Love your car!  Of course, I'm prejudiced: it appears to be Dark Olive over Caviar, which mine (67) is.  Someday, many moons hence (I hope!) my son in CA will have mine.  Yours appears to be early '68: no headrests, hubcaps/trim rings and  side markers that are (IIRC) unlighted reflectors.  You will find the forum to be one of the best around!  Jon
