  Last week, driving from the UK to Poland saw a very nice 230SL in Dortmund,  Mid Green and Cognac (I think) interior.  Heavy traffic, top down and certainly keeping up no problem.   Nice to see it being used properly.Unfortunately, because of traffic, I couldn't get a picture.

Although a while ago...
Did the car had (MB-) headrests? If so, this could have been Matthias Kahmann's car (with registration plate referring to E = Essen).
If not, I don't know ....

  Hello Achim.  Unfortunately I don't recall if it had headrests, plus it was always too far ahead to see the plate.  Sorry,  Dale.
