Title: W113 experts in Venice Florida

Now that I am living in Florida 8 months of the year, I had my 280SL shipped here last fall. I was very fortunate to find a W113 mechanic/restorer here in Venice, Florida. He is Norman Christensen of Christensen Automotive. It's my first go around with Norm. He came highly recommended. He owns a small restoration shop. His work is excellent. He is extremely passionate about our 113's. I do not know if others out there know Norm. Hope he is the real deal.

I could use Norm or Dan or Joe or Stick or a couple of other guys from here nearby my place...  >:(
It can be done. I just need to move my place!  :)

I have utilized Guido Janzen since 1997.
His business is G.J. Auto Repair at 4073 S.Tamiami Trail. Sarasota.
He only works on Mercedes cars. Excellent work and reasonable.

Hi Tom,

I have heard great things about Guido. A couple of buddies use him and rave about him. He's another real good recommendation. It seems there are a few choices in the southwest Florida region. Lucky for us!

Guido also has a partner, Chris. Between the two you cannot go wrong.
They are in back of the old Manhaten Bagel shop, it has changed its name, another bagel shop.

I learned yesterday that Norm Christensen, of Christensen automotive, passed away as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was only 58. I'm certain that his shop will be closed permanently. Sad news.
