Title: Door Sill Trims needed

Hi Guys - Does anyone have a spare door sill trim(outer)...the passenger side aluminum piece? the body shop lost mine...Wouldnt mind buying a set if you are not willing to split up.

 thanks for the link to Bud's benz. I just checked with the classic center , they have it in stock, and surprisingly their price is cheaper than the repro that Buds Benz is offering..... Who woulda thought  ;)

It sometimes happens! During the restoration I think I saves 20-30% on spare parts just comparing always at least three sources and picking the least expensive. And MB was often there!

But recently they dramatically raised the prices...

If your going to spend the bucks for new strips I wouls suggest you consider having someone protect them with Expel or one of the quality Clear-Bra products. I covered the sils on my Jag last year and don't have to worry about bumping them wiht my feet everytime I get in and out of my car. Very happy so far and I definatly plan on doing the same to the sill trim on my 280 when its done.

Do it right away though before you scratch them
