Title: Number of W113s sold in Australia

Greetings from sunny Brisbane. 

I'm a proud and fortunate owner of a Aussie delivered 250SL.  I understand that just 5,196 of these were produced. I'm keen to find out how many of these were produced as Right-Hand-Drives and how many of these were delivered/sold in Australia.

I've been through many of the forum pages but can't seem to find this information.  Anyone out there who can help?

I dont believe any of that data was kept relating specifically to Australian delivered vehicles for any of the models.

Thanks Garry, I thought this may be dificult, but if anyone knew, you would.  I was going to drop you a note to an old email address I have for you (you introduced me to this Forum about three years ago remember?) but thought I'd try the Forum first.
