I probably sound like a broken record by now but try Colin Ferns at Colin Ferns Ltd.  I am most likely going to try to take one apart in the next few days.  I will let you know how it goes.

After reading all the posts and poking around on a dead unit I had I dont think you could get one apart without either not caring about cosmetics or you would have to have an entirely new housing machined.
