Title: heavy clutch pedal

Hello just been fitting a 6 speed conversion to a 250sl pagoda has a 280 engine fitted and using a  280 clutch  pressure plate i seem to have a very heavy pedal how do you adjust the over center spring on the pedal to make it lighter ? or is there another way to make the pedal lighter ? thanks in advance martin

Found the problem the 250 has a big capacity clutch master cylinder the 280 is much smaller so that makes the clutch a lot lighter
