Title: "E-Z TOP" electric hard top hoists

Hi,
 I have an E-Z Top hoist for my 1967 250SL and I'd like to use it on my recently purchased 1989 560SL. I've called E-Z Top several times and they seem to be out of business. Does anyone know if it will work on both vehicles?
