I have 3 qty (with the clips on back).  White centers.  15.25" diameter.  Painted area is 9" diameter.

I have For painted a medium blue. I would consider them driver quality. $100 would buy all four

Early wheel covers were chrome...later were stainless. The stainless versions can be buffed and cleaned to look like new. This helps especially when you are removing any old paint. You may want to specify your preference.

PS: These come up on ebay fairly often.
