I have refurbished my steering box but i have not fitted in the right position the steering Wheel…!
Is it the right way to align it by unscrewing the central bolt at the end of the column and swivel round the Wheel?

I would say yes. There are other alignment concerns but that will get you going.

The hub goes onto a spline. you need to remove the central nut, pull the wheel off and move it one spline position clockwise and put it back on and see if that centres the wheel. As Benz Dr said there may be other issues as well but this is a start.

When you installed the steering box did you insert the centralising pin?

Start off by driving straight, then stop the car with the wheels straight as possible. Now count the steering wheel turns from straight ahead to lock on the right side then from straight ahead to lock on the left side. They should be equal. A steering box lock pin must be used during installation of the steering box to keep the box centered. The steering column has a "slash mark" on the end. The slash mark is indexed to the vertical spline feature inside the steering wheel. In this respect, the turn signal switch self-canceling works correctly and the steering wheel lock works when the wheels are straight and the key is removed. If you simply move the steering wheel off "index" then your turn signal cancelation feature may not work correctly. You can usually get by with being off index two or three splines at the steering wheel without problems. You can also index the steering wheel and column exactly and adjust the right and left tie rods to center the wheel without getting out of "index". However unless you had the steering box locked and indexed correctly during installation you may have unequal steering wheel turns left and right.
