Title: 230SL Engine Going Constant Boomp...Boomp Around 15 to 20 MPH

Fuel injection too rich or too lean??? Not thinking idle adjustment but internal adjustment screw. Neighbor thinks its a misfire...maybe a timing issue?...plugs? Any thoughts?
