afaik this is a spare part you'll be shocked of the price, could be more than 400 AUD for this original part no. A1135420807.
Maybe it's easier to find a shop which can copy your old one and manufacture an universal cable.

Eur 45 at SLS in Hamburg. Includes VAT at 19% which is waived if shipped outside the EU. They're also on Ebay. No sense giving Mercedes hundreds of dollars for something worth $30.

Make sure it is definitely a RHD cable, they are slightly longer to account for the access being off set to the opposite side from a LHD speedo.
There are cable makers available in Australia that can make one up if you cannot find one overseas.
