I see at least 3 Facebook pages named with 'W113, 230,250,280SL, Pagoda' Is any one of them related to our club or managed by it?

No

I wish all those users would join here. But they probably feel the same about our users.
-
Some of us who see those Fb groups quite often refer their members here. Also, you often see the same questions asked here and there, meaning several Members from here are part of those groups as well.
-
Some of the comments I see from facebook members is that they wouldn't join our group because they don't want to pay for information - then I chime in that our site is free with access to select technical information requiring a full membership to help pay for the operation of the site. The information we have is real information rather than the computer generated misinformation that is rampant on the facebook sites.
There are so many posers, scammers and misinformation on the facebook sites I quit going to them.
Our site has saved me so much time and money its invaluable.

If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.
What can you do?
I usually indicate it is the best investment you can make, as I strongly believe it is.

I stopped using facebook altogether, after having tried being part of a Lancia group for a while and finding it way too unstructered and chaotic. Plus all the other facebook disadvantages.

And the camaraderie and real events we have... where we can meet one another in real life. And you think searching here is difficult? Try and find something on Facebook posted 3 months ago, as I indicated in another post...

What's FaceBook? ;D ;D

When we were trying to fill open slots for PagodaFest Chicago this year, I posted on the three major 113 FB pages. Got no responses or attendees from them. Crickets. They can't be very enthusiastic owners. Although there are many of our members who are on the FB pages as well. There are also a lot of resellers and dealers on them.
Our group is truly a paramount set of owners who share the passion. Peter was right on. Getting to know our people and their families is really the best part of the experience. So grateful.

I’m scratching my head like John Mancini. What’s Facebook?
