Title: License plate frame

Reading old issues from the Pagoda World book volume II, a came across an article from Issue 19, 2016 - "Getting Framed".
I have the original maintenance book for car and it was serviced at Power Motor Company, which I believe is where the car was purchased.  A quick search on ebay and now I have this.
