Hey has anyone recently purchased all the rubber to replace everything on the car? Curious if there are some recommendation on who I should use. I will search the site but also figured the parts suppliers might have changed so checking if anyone has ordered any recently...
Thanks

For all rubber parts I buy direct from Mercedes wherever possible.
The quality of after-market parts is extremely variable.

This opinion is repeated again and again in these forums. Buy genuine rubber parts.

Buying OEM or Mercedes parts is certainly the save and best option if money is no subject or someone else pays for it. There are lots of discussions here on when a OEM seal should be used or an alternative is as good. Same applies to sheet metal. For example, I just bought the rear hard top seal (between the hard top and the body) from URO parts for approx. $90. The seal fits and looks great, fabric and everything molded in just fine. MB quoted me $850 for it. Other OEM parts are quiet reasonable. Do you comparisons, especially if you are doing the whole car.

I had the same experience with hard top seal as described by dirkbatler - the price form the dealer was ridiculously high, I ended up buying in SLS and the fit was fine.
But most of the parts sold at dealers have much more reasonable prices. Yes, they cost premium, but not as much as that seal example. No shipment cost if you have a dealer close, and, what is important, parts fit.
