Title: transmission leak at cooler line

My steel trans cooler line from the radiator to the transmission is leaking at the banjo bolt that threads into the trans case just in front of the trans oil pan. It has two brand new aluminum washers and I'm afraid to over tighten the bolt in fear of stripping the aluminum case threads. Any ideas?
