Hi,
It's the Gloucester Fisherman’s Memorial.
"Erected in 1925, this historic commemorative sculpture is a featured stop on the Maritime History of Massachusetts travel itinerary. Also known as the Man at the Wheel, the eight-foot, bronze statue is sometimes confused with the iconic image of the famed Gorton's Fisherman."

An email notification was sent out, on 15 November - it also included a call to vote for the new board members.

As per usual, you can pickup your copy of Pagoda Notes, after logging in on the forum, at this link: https://www.sl113.org/wiki/Restricted/PagodaNotes

I think combining the two messages in one mail was too much for our audience, Jonny  :P

I won't make that mistake again....

I can see Mike clicked on the link in the mail on the 18th of November.
I think John Betch gets it in his spam... not even a mention of opening the message.

E-mails can be a bit hit and miss, why not just post on the forum when the latest issue is available to download?

We should try to encourage as many reasons to visit the forum as possible. I'm in the habit of checking my junk folder but I don't believe many others are. Posting these things directly here would probably be in our best interest if engagement and eyes on it are the aims.

I do not believe it went into SPAM.  No Pagoda 113 Group emails do.

I would simply attest it to "operator error" on my part.  It's all Good.

PS I just went through my Trash folder and see that email was there and Unread.  It was operator error.  I must have moved it  with another in error.  As I said All Good!

I had to go back and check.  I huess I saw that voting was open and then closed the message.  Didn't bother to scroll down!
