Title: just want to double check something.

So (see photo) the points should be closed (ie touching) when cold and ignition off - correct?  then should open when cranking etc.

Mine had a large gap when cold.  I have adjusted so they JUST touch when cold..   Is that correct? couldn't find the link on the technical manual.

Hello Paul, that's correct, contacts are normally closed, open when cranking after the coil has heated up after one second
