Have we come across this one previously? The song is "Landed" from last year and the Artist is Ben Folds. Its shot in black and white but appears to be a light-colored 113 pre headrests. Ivory steering wheel too...

I would say the cars is a metallic , either silver or grey !

Time for a new prescription -- it has the old style "gooseneck" mirror.

I'd guess it's a Euro 230 or 250 SL with US headlamps and an aftermarket radio.
