Hi Group,
Now more and more, I find some of the parts listed on Ebay to be more expensive than getting them from Caliber motors or Millers.
Though there are some deals to still be had, its no longer the treasure chest or world's best known secret that I've come to know.
Though I still see what's posted on the site from time to time.
Just my two cents worth.

Yep there are deals still to be had on EBay. One must know where they are and when to get them. I've gotten many good deals on Ebay, sometimes its like stealing too. Just the perfect tool for someone doing a good restoration on a budget like me.

I bought a new top for $150 a couple of weeks ago. But that was still more than 20 million or so other people were willing to pay.

I just bought this "grab bag" for $10.50. When I receive it, I will let you know if it was a good deal or not. ;)

Also picked up a used working fuel pump for a spare. Buy it now price $98.00.
Kevin's Euro Headlight lens in his $10.50 grab bag will fetch $100 if it is clean.

I did most of my work on my 68 250SL in the late nineties and bought many parts from this supplier when SL deals were plentiful on ebay(working Becker GranPrix $50.00... working clock $18.00 to name a few) and there were no forums like this around. I also bought one of his softtops and my installer said it was one of the best quality he had seen. This is the first I have seen him back on ebay in a while... though I haven't really been looking. Not sure why he doesn't post pictures on some of his auctions though.
