These (correct ones) are available new in the Netherlands, the cost is very low (a few $ per light), and the seller ships worldwide. Here's the website, it is in Dutch but in the center there is a mail link, just mail in English. If needed, I can intermediate, I have physically bought a bunch of sets there for (Yahoo! site) members and mailed them so the owner knows me by now. They are actually Fiat 500 parts:
