Is anyone familiar with the dist# 0231116046?
this is the one in my 230ls and I am having some trouble getting
points for it. Is this the correct one for the car? it is a 1966.

Ahh, the 046 vacuum advance distributor. One of 4 flavours used in the 230sl's.

The points would be: A000 158 07 90
The condenser: A000 156 81 01

These were the correct MB parts used on my pagoda (with a 046 distributor) before I converted to the Pertronix setup in October 2007.
