Title: headlight switch

hi,

 i bought an '69 280 sl for restoration with broken european headlights and in stead i bought a set of us headlights.
Anyone knows how to replace them? anyone did it?
do i need to make new holes? any pictures?

i read the technical articels but it's only about converting from us to eu lights... but it should fit right? i really have no idea on how to replace my eu lights bu us, the supports are really different, correct?

hi,

first of all i don't sell the EU lights

the lights fit, i know , but the problem are the seales beams housing, they really don't fit!
does anyone has any pic of his sealed beam housing for his 280 sl?
i think i bought a wrong set!
