What tolerances are you looking for?  Rod Journals? Crank Shaft journals? Piston End Gap? etc. I have them in a book at home.  Email me and I can send the info over to you. menesesjesse@juno.com

Hello,

The crankshaft main bearing clearances are;

radial...............      0.045-0.60 mm  (0.050 mm best)
axial................  ( controlled by flanged bearing).....  0.1 - 0.175 mm

The rod bearing (big end) clearances are;

radial:   0.045-0.060 mm  (try for 0.050 mm)

axial when new.....  0.11 - 0.26 mm    after repairs  up to  0.5 mm

For Joe,

You stated .5mm clearance for rod bearings.  Is that a misplaced decimal point?  That seems way excessive??

Good catch Paul,

I listed the axial as radial. The post is corrected and I will send a message to hakan!
