Very cool!  Thanks for posting that.

I was in Monaco last year right before the GP.  They sell rides around the course in different kinds of Ferrari's.  What a fun city!

+2, Thank you for posting!!

So, I'm no expert, is that a 280?  The headrests, wheel covers and steering wheel say yes, but I don't know what else to look for.  I know the designation is on the dash where the radio would be, but I can't read it.

And is that 162 H Blue-Grey?

The color looks to me like #903, the light blue metalic that was available on 280sl. (69 on ?)

F1 coverage here in the USA is on the Speed Network cable channel. David Coulthard's pagoda drive around the Monaco circuit wasn't part of the coverage here in the states. The next 4 races in Europe are going to be shown on FOX, The paracice and qualifying will still be on SPEED.

Thanx for posting the Utube

Al.

It's a J reg which is a '71. So a 280 and IIRC, a present from MB from when he drove for them

I think he purchased the car some time ago and MB just rebuilt it for him soon after they became McLaren's engine supplier.
