I was too young to really remember these surprise inspections by the CHP for compliance with smog devices and other
such modification. There is an intresting web site that you should look at. I was amazed at the detail of the inspection stickers from all the States that were reproduced for each year. Their is much more intresting and tantalizing items that some of us crazy car show people may want .
