Is there a glue that goes on like shaving cream?

I'm not sure where to post this one, but here's what I'm looking for -- some kind of mousse-like glue that I can use for a hood pad (non-W113).

This particular pad is partially off and I don't want to pull it off and start again. I'd rather find something sufficiently clingy and just squirt it where needed.

There must be some kind of glue that builders use that's fast-acting and strong.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Douglas,
if you can buy it in NY then try DAP-Weldwood Gel formula: http://www.dap.com/product_details.aspx?BrandID=47&SubcatID=8
I used it a lot for similar projects while living in MO, but is outlawed here in CA.  It also heat resistant.

I tried this Loctite product on both surfaces.

You have to be very generous on the spongy surface as it just sucks it up.
Otherwise worked well.
