Source needed for obsolete part

I am looking for a source for an "Idle air adjustment valve" MB part # 114 070 0795 (may also be called an intermediate piece - Idle intake Manifold - rear)  that I am being told is no longer available from Mercedes-Benz.  
Does anyone know whether or not these are available?  If not what has the work around been for others that are experiencing issues with idling problems?
