Quiet funny video, featuring danish pop-singer Maria Montell...
She was once the girlfriend of out crown-prince, maybe the Monaco setting has got something to do with this!!!

Quess she is supposed to look like an old version of Paris Hilton, very posh!...and its not Monaco but the Cannes area that she is driving around.

Anyway found out that the song is the titlesong for a new danish comedy movie "at the end of the world" or something and the
man in the video is the lead actor in the film, Nicolai Lie Kaas also featured in Angels & Demons (2009) as Mr. Gray.
