tension rod holder
« on: July 11, 2010, 19:37:08 »
after adjusting my hood, I am having a hard time getting the tension rod to stay in the gray holder. I don't trust it. Probably me and another 10,000 pagoda owners. Does it help if the gray plastic holder is turned around?. Does anyone have any ideas??? I have tried lossening the holder screws and adjusting the position of the holder. Oh yes, and I lost the lock nut down under the battery tray. One of those pagoda days.  ha ha --------something simple turned into a big hassle!

mine too ive cut a piece of wood to fit from the end of the rod to shockabsorber top - i just take it out then leave it underneath - simple

Hey. Why not drop Dave Gallon a line. He sold me a new torsion bar bracket (113 887 05 19 I think). About 6 bucks.
