For those that think having the most things, at the cheapest possible price, and not paying properly for someone's time might make you a better person.  NOT!  I suspect that most mechanics here have dealt with someone like this before...

.....no, not really amusing much to close to the truth......as any mechanic can verify......but I would never have talked to a costumer that way, but I would have THOUGHT the same thing but gotten rid of that guy more elegant......but the temptation was always there......

I will be forwarding this to my MB mechanic friend (whom you have met). It is way too close to the truth and I bet he has seen this at the MB dealership more times than he would care to admit.

While WE are focusing on the sad reality of it all, and the bad language, I think the website is from some firm that does "text to video" animation...!!!

Our shop in Kansas City we found out was constantly being reported to the "Call For Action" team at a local TV news station, several times they sent in a "test car" to find that we would make an accurate diagnosis, repair it correctly and for a reasonable price.
A danger sign that I found to look out for was if a new customer came in and talked about how the last garage he was at is a bunch of idiots, just out there to rip people off. I found that they would always leave dis-satisfied then add our name to his list of incompitants then go off to the next shop down the street.

Vendor Caveat!
