Kangol Seat Belt Adjustor..?

Attached is a jpg of a black polypropylene Kangol seatbelt adjustor from my 1970 280 SL.  I am looking for one to replace the one that broke on the passenger side belt.  Any ideas on where to locate this item?  THX.
