Please can some one show an image / dwg of the accelerator linkage connection when kick down switch activates, my kickdown was disconnected by the previous owner and im checking to see if any parts are missing on the accelerator pedal.

Hello Brad,
The kickdown switch is located on the floor/firewall under the accelerator pedal. It goes through the floor/firewall and the wiring and plug are hooked to the other end in the lower engine compartment.

it looks like something is missing on the RHD pedal at back near the top to press on my RHD kickdown switch, which is located inside the footwell behind the pedal as is the wiring connection

It's not uncommon to find that the wrong (too short) pedal is installed and so it fails to meet the switch.
The top of the pedal should simply hit a rocker switch and deflect it.
