Is it possible that the 00745 is the body number, not the VIN? If you can't read the VIN plate and you have no docs, where are you getting the 00745?
I also noticed that the speedo reads MPH. Isn't that a more reliable indicator that the car is originally U.S. spec, than the headlights are an indicator of Euro-spec? Or?
